- As an Early Career Rods/Bundles/Cages Process Engineer in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Rods, Bundles, Cages and Control Components (RBC) Product Center in the Fuel Business Unit. Typical projects are all aspects of the fabrication of nuclear fuel - this may include tooling, process definition, corrective action implementation, deviation resolution, process qualification and documentation.
- The RBC Tech Support Process Engineer prepares documentation and systems for manufacture of these products, and supports operations during the manufacturing process.
- Development, qualification, and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Learn and utilize certain key software packages - FARO, LVDT, SAP, ABRS, BAS, and NIMS in execution of production needs.
