- Position SummaryThe Maintenance Operations Control Duty Manager oversees the Maintenance Operation Control Center daily operation while on shift.
- This includes and is not limited to:OEM-Approved Technical Manuals (AMM, SRM, CMM, )HAL-Approved Company ManualsGovernment Regulations (FAA, OSHA, EPA, )Maintains situational awareness throughout the daily operation to ensure a safe operation while working to achieve our OTPTechnical Item (TI) creation for follow-ups of individual aircraft issues to improve dispatch reliability.
- In addition, the duty manager will assist the MOC Director when instructed.
- Self-Direction - Demonstrates belief in own abilities and ideas; is self-motivated and results oriented; recognizes own strengths and weaknessResponsible for assisting the manager/director in the development of controller work schedules to ensure adequate coverage is maintained.
