- At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we are looking for people who are living out their calling.
- The Regional Command Center is responsible for monitoring the alarms (life safety equipment, critical life plant functions, security cameras and panic alarms to name a few) for all four hospitals including the Boise Regional Medical Center, Nampa, Ontario, and Baker City Medical Centers.
- The Center also answers and routes thousands of phone-calls a day from the public and Saint Alphonsus colleagues and works very closely with senior leadership, Clinical Leaders, the Security Team, and Facilities management at each Medical Center.
- All duties are performed in a way that promotes a team concept and reflects the mission of the Saint Alphonsus Health System.
- Training can be flexible based on availability, but ideally you will train on all shifts - 1 to 2 weeks on a day shift, 1 to 2 weeks on a swing shift, and 1 week or so on a night shift, so some flexibility is needed initially for training.
