- Provide strategic direction on global compensation and benefits programs and initiatives that are aligned, competitive, and tailored to varying Corporate, Retail, and Warehouse populations across North America, APAC, and EMEA.
- Partner with key business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation and benefit programs meet various business needs.
- Build communications and change management plans regarding compensation and benefits programs to improve employee understanding and help convey the value being provided.
- Oversee leave of absence administration, including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave, Workers Compensation Leave, Sick Leave, and Short and Long Term Disability, as well as applicable leave processes internationally as required by local law.
