- Concord Hospital Health System has exclusively retained Avoca Search to recruit a Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations who is responsible for the strategic direction of the Total Rewards program, HR operations, and compensation and benefits programs.
- Concord Hospital is a non-profit, regional health system serving the greater central New Hampshire community.
- Comprised of two acute care hospitals, Concord, a teaching hospital affiliated with Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine, and Laconia combined have 432 beds with Franklin which is a 25-bed critical access hospital.
- Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director will lead the strategic direction for compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR Service Center teams.
- The Director will also partner with operations, finance, and IT leaders across the system to ensure the contemporary administration of Total Rewards and the optimization of the HRIS system, Workday, to include the automation of standardized HR processes, as well as the reporting and analytics required to inform the system’s long range workforce forecasting and investment decisions.
