- Through strategic partnerships and collaborative work, United Way brings the many voices of Dane County together to find common ground and develop a strategic architecture for change, while engaging businesses and individuals to give, advocate and volunteer in Dane County.

- Manage the Tocqueville program under the supervision of the Senior Director of Leadership and Major Giving, and in coordination with the Director, Foundation and Gift Planning and the Coordinator of Foundation and Major Gifts.
- Personally initiate and cultivate ongoing and year-round one-on-one relationships with constituents that enhance the donor’s commitment and lifetime loyalty to United Way of Dane County with a focus on retraining donors.
- Work closely with Tocqueville Leadership, Affinity Groups, campaign staff, Employee Campaign Managers and other United Way volunteers and staff to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts to amplify our impact through collective action.
