- The mission of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is to eliminate cancer in Texas, the nation, and the world through outstanding programs that integrate patient care, research and prevention, and through education for undergraduate and graduate students, trainees, professionals, employees and the public.
- The Director of Corporate and Sponsorship Alliances leads the overarching strategy and expansion plans for MD Anderson's corporate campaigns and sponsored relationships in alignment with Philanthropy, the institutional Strategy and other teams in Cause Alliances.
- Creates, implements and measures an overarching strategy and expansion plans for MD Anderson's Corporate and Sponsorship Alliances in response to internal and external trends, ensuring alignment with Philanthropy and the institutional Strategy.
- Leads contract negotiations, brand ambassador selection and campaign/sponsorship measurement to ensure ongoing success and demonstrable ROI. Works with internal stakeholders and agencies to refine the current corporate and sponsorship portfolios, suggest new ideas, campaigns and tactics, and leverage opportunities for innovation.
- Required : Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related field.
