- Summary: Responsible for directing, monitoring, and motivating the Southeast Industrial sales team efforts for the business.
- 10 years in a business development or direct sales experience for strategic accounts preferred.
- Define and lead the initiative to drive growth and expansion of the Industrial Product portfolio into the Southeast WI market, working closely with the growth leaders within the regions.
- Continually analyze and evaluate sales team to assure we have effective talent management practices including determining staffing needs, goal setting and performance evaluations, incentive payments, employee development programs, and succession planning.
- Partner with marketing team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
