- Overview The Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center seeks applicants to direct our new Small Business Legal Assistance Clinic.
- The appointment will be as Director of the clinic and an Assistant Clinical Professor of Law with an annual contract renewable for up to 3 years.
- The Small Business Clinic will be part of a robust collaborative in-house law practice, and will provide pro bono legal services to local Long Island small businesses.
- The clinic will advise clients on legal issues such as incorporation, negotiation, and lease drafting for commercial space, by-laws, employee and personnel practices, and other basic legal issues.
- Applicants are expected to be willing and capable of teaching in-person and remotely and familiar with best practices in both modalities.
