- Foster the professional development of entry-level personnel and interns through on-the-job training, consultation, and mentorship.
- Lead the efforts to update the monthly non-labor receipt forecasts and supply chain labor forecasts in support of Company’s corporate financial KPIs.
- Hold material pricing kick-off meetings with the Supply Chain Team after the initial Kick-Off held by the Proposal Manager
- Support efforts to ensure Company maintains its Approved Contractor Purchasing System status, including leading the monitoring of Company’s purchasing system & preparations for DCMA Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)
- Significant experience throughout the product lifecycle from New Product Introduction through obsolescence to include generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, strategic supplier selection, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts including implementation for cost reduction and performance improvement efforts.
