- Global Partner Solutions (GPS) is responsible for driving revenue outcomes with Microsoft’s Devices and Services partners through innovative solutions at scale.
- This position is within the Investments and Incentives team in GPS which is responsible for leading the design, implementation and governance over a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of investments.
- The individual will work across the Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS) org, representing GPS in ensuring alignment with long term strategy and Return on Investment (ROI) of deals.
- Core responsibility is to engage and lead custom deal requests with partners of any type (SI, ISV, Telco or other).
- Create and evolve a custom deal assessment framework to guide requestors on good deal patterns for custom partner incentives (e.g., expected ROI, terms, payout percentages, opportunities for compliant creativity).
