- This position will report directly to the Americas Head of Sales As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will: Develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and oversee a team of 5 Sales Managers and 30-50 Account Managers Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies: Collaborate with product, marketing, and fulfillment teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and revenue targets for our enterprise accounts.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the enterprise sales organization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of enterprise sales efforts with marketing initiatives, product development, and operational processes.
