- The Director will have bottom-line responsibility for overseeing the management of 100+ buildings comprised of 2000 Condominium Association units throughout Hudson County.
- The Director will motivate, train, and mentor a high performing property management team including senior and jr level property managers, leasing, marketing, and administrative teams.
- Director of Property Management: The primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operational and financial success of a portfolio of Condominium Associations throughout the Hudson County region.
- Monitor building violations to ensure on-site managers are addressing complaints in a timely manner and certifying corrections.
- Requirements and Skills: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on Real Estate Property Management experience specializing in Condominium Associations.
