- AHS’s network of facilities includes Alameda Hospital, Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus and Level 1 Trauma Center, John George Psychiatric Hospital, San Leandro Hospital, Fairmont Hospital, and outpatient Wellness Centers in East Oakland, Hayward, and Newark.
- Reporting to the Sr. Director of Development Operations, Annual Giving, and Stewardship, the Director of Philanthropy and Constituent Giving ensures high-quality, on-time execution of strategic priorities that advance our philanthropic goals and the mission of AHS Foundation.
- This involves partnerships across the Foundation and AHS to meet or exceed yearly goals; acknowledging, stewarding, and growing annual fund contributions; representing the organization to donors, vendors, and the public; collaborating on the production of various fundraising-related collateral such as appeals, cards, invitations, etc.
- Planning and executing annual fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, online giving, and annual fundraising events; developing strategies for new annual donor acquisition and growth.
- Manage stewardship, ensuring timely response to gifts and volunteer engagement.
