- Key responsibilities include delivery of best in class products to customers with zero quality defects, on time delivery, and year on year productivity improvements, as well as other business growth, continuous improvement, leadership development and people management initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Leads and develops a multi-function Plant leadership team, collaborating closely with matrix managers and enterprise leaders where appropriate to drive achievement of site safety, quality, on time delivery, revenue, cost improvement and associate engagement targets and initiatives.
- Champions Quality Policy and Vision; demonstrates a commitment to quality to ensure adherence to Quality System and customer change control systems.
- Support Customer Solutions activities within the facility including quoting and customer service.
