- Job description As the Director of Operations of our more than 300,000 square foot diverse regional marketplace, your objective will be to optimize the shopping experiences of our customers and to foster success for our vendor/tenants, thereby producing an overall stellar financial performance for our already highly successful business model.
- Your role will involve becoming the face of our business with major tenants, promptly addressing tenant needs, developing positive public relations with municipal and civic organizations, proactively identifying income-generating opportunities, coordinating the delivery of premises to tenants, and closely monitoring tenant openings and closings.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail or property management, and/or multi-unit retail management at a regional or district level, will position you well for success in this position.
- Leasing Strategy, Execution, and Vendor Relations Guide the center's overall leasing strategy for our more than 500 vendors/tenants and storefronts, nurturing enduring relationships.
- Direct the Facilities Team Manage space allocation, make-ready processes, and reconfigurations to maximize space utilization.
