- The Director of Operations will report to the Principal, and receive guidance and support from the Network Director of Operations.
- Manage, support and develop all school operations team members, including a facilities manager, operations associates and security personnel.
- Manage and monitor student information platforms [e.g. PowerSchool, ATS (Automate the Schools)] to track enrollment, attendance, etc.
- Comfortable managing annual maintenance and capital repair projects of school facilities in collaboration with Network Director of Facilities.
- Coordinate with the Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and inspections (e.g. FDNY, Department of Environmental Protection, etc.)
