- As Little Creek's Food and Beverage Director, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, including restaurant management, quality control, procurement, and staff training.
- Help plan and implement new food venues, including proforma analysis, equipment purchasing, kitchen and work flow planning and staffing requirements.
- Analyze information concerning facility operations such as daily food sales, patron attendance and labor costs to prepare budget and to maintain cost control of facility operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality / Restaurant Management, Business or related field from a four (4) year college or university.
