- The Director of Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing all aspects of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program.
- Reporting to the Chairman of the Audit Committee with administrative reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this position is charged with the leadership, innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's operational, financial and strategic risks.
- Overalls responsibility for the Company’s enterprise risk management and fraud risk programs, including governance, processes, and continuous improvement
- Develops Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework
