- As the Director of E-commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maximizing ROI. This is a full time, hybrid position reporting to a Co-Founder.
- Accountable, but not responsible, for all E-commerce channels, including the Website, E-mail/Retention, META, Google, TV, Radio, Amazon, and SEO.
- Own DTC growth metrics for the business, including revenue growth, CAC, MER, and retention.
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy across paid and owned channels.
- Collaborate with the web developer and UX agency to optimize the website and core funnel metrics
