- The Partnerships and Cultural Engagement team is a new vertical within Sephora’s External Communications organization.
- He/She/They will report to Vice President, Marketing Partnerships.
- Act as a liaison both internally and externally - working closely with internal Media, Campaign & Content, External Communications, Social/Influencer and global marketing teams to integrate partnerships into Sephora’s business strategy as well as externally serve as the main point of contact for partnership management
- Track to relevant KPIs: EMV – earned media value, NPS – net promoter score, brand perception, etc.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing to advise on meaningful 3rd party Brand and Sephora philanthropic integration
