- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for providing leadership and vision for Lucy’s Hearth focused on culturally attuned best practice in family homelessness prevention and mitigation.
- High level position overseeing the development, implementation, efficient and effective operation of the Lucy’s Hearth continuum of 24/7/365 emergency shelter, transitional self-sufficiency units, donation center, and community-based permanent supportive housing units.
- Ensures uninterrupted, on-site 24/7/365 coverage of the emergency shelter
- Collaborates with the Quality Management Department to develop data collection methods, monitor progress in achieving goals and objectives, coordinate chart maintenance and archiving activities, and triage/mediate incident reports
- Collaborates with Facilities Director to ensure the shelter and grounds are safe and up to code, facility repair/enhancement projects are appropriately scheduled and conducted, and preliminary plans are development to mitigate any potential resident disruption/displacement during the work
