- In partnership with the CHRO and VP, HR Operations, develops, implements and leads Corewell Health's labor strategy.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all union-related matters, including collective bargaining, organizing campaigns, petitions, mediation, arbitration and administrative charges.
- Partners with inside and outside legal counsel as necessary on union-related matters.
- Partners with inside and outside legal counsel to represent Corewell Health in mediation, arbitration, administrative hearings, and trials.
- Researches the latest environmental and legislative trends and decisions to forecast impact and develop and lead organizational response.
