- The individual will develop the evidence generation plan and provide HEOR input to the US brand planning and budgeting processes.
- Train field teams HEOR relevant deliverables, in collaboration with Medical Affairs/ Payer team(s) to appropriately prepare for asset launch(es).
- Keep abreast of the trends of therapeutic area, HEOR, Pricing, Reimbursement, and Market Access, and proactively address strategy changes in collaboration with global and regional teams in anticipation of these trends.
- Build a network of clinical, HEOR and payer experts, including academics, policy makers, HTA representatives, reimbursement influencers and other decision-makers globally to increase the robustness of scientific studies in support of market access strategies.
- Collaborate with scientific communications to provide HEOR input on scientific platform and develop HEOR-related scientific publications.
