- Directly supervise the Coordinator - Human Resources (Training/Onboarding) and the Coordinator - Human Resources (Payroll/Benefits).
- Maintain the agency’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ADP database and establish efficient processes to reduce duplication of entry wherever possible.
- Participate in the agency’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work.
- Coordinate the bi-weekly Payroll interface between ADP and the Financial Edge accounting software establishing the payroll journal entry in Financial Edge.
- Assist the Chief Financial Officer with the analysis of revised premium structure.
