- Maintain the Company’s U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security baseline plans and procedures.
- Ensure that export activities are carried out as required by the Department of Commerce, Department of State, Department of Treasury, and other US regulatory agencies as set forth within Crane’s U.S. Export Control Compliance Manual
- Ensure import activities are carried out as required by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations of 19 CFR (Code of Federal Relations)
- Plan, organize, schedule, and lead the audit activities of the Global Trade Compliance Team; providing comprehensive and objective analyses of station export files; verifying completeness, accuracy, compliance, and overall file integrity.
- Investigate export or imports trade compliance violations; track, report, and resolve matters of non-compliance; seeking guidance of the Chief Compliance Officer as necessary.
