- This position is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of Institutional Aid for the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success.
- The Director supervises and manages the application process for institutional aid, the awarding process, disbursement to student accounts, and communication with all scholarship recipients.
- The Director will work closely with the Vice Provost in budget management and aligning institutional aid to strategic priorities, will work closely with the Office of Admissions Admission-based scholarships, Corporate Partnerships, and other aid available to incoming students, and will work closely with University Advancement to manage donor-based endowments and gift programs under SEMSS/SFAO.
- Oversee the Office of Institutional Aid Management within the Division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success in collaboration with the Vice Provost for Strategic Enrollment Management, the Executive Director of Admissions, and the Executive Director of Financial Aid.
- Supervise team of staff members responsible for coordination and processing associated with institutional scholarship programs, including central admission-based and donor-based scholarships, institutional corporate partnership aid programs, state-mandated institutional tuition waiver programs, and departmental scholarships.
