- To enable the business to make data-informed decisions, the Director of Data and Analytics must be exceptional in conducting data analysis coupled with a deep understanding of data engineering to support the marketing organization as it seeks to drive the business forward based on insight-based planning and a highly robust direct marketing strategy.
- Lead the data and analytics team to support business leadership with insights, business casing, ad-hoc analysis, segmentation strategies, price optimizations and campaign and pricing measurement strategies designed to make informed business and campaign decisions.
- Experience working internally or with agency on ad-tech / martech implementation and management to both known and unknow customer types.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, IT, and marketing agencies to optimize the flow of data for campaign activation and measurement.
- QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business, MBA, Economics, Finance, or related field.
