- The Director, Facilities Management Projects reports to the Vice President, Facilities Management, and is responsible for leading the Project Management staff in managing and executing all aspects of renovation and construction projects.
- Overseesand coordinates the design and construction of renovation and construction projects to meet end user needs.
- Prepares and coordinates accurate project budgets, schedules, designs, bidding construction and furnishing for renovation and new construction projects in accordance with agency standards.
- Ability to and willingness to research building and safety needs including materials and techniques, building codes, safety codes, real estate, energy issues and other areas related to property management for persons with mental illness and make recommendations.
- Computer proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Microsoft office, and AutoCAD
