- Manage Compensation department (including one direct report) by providing guidance and oversight for incentive plans and programs, enterprise job architecture design, merit and salary structure design and administration, systems and technology solutions, governance-related activities and deliverables, and all aspects of compensation advising and consultation
- Partner with HR Operations, HRIS, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless and accurate tracking and administration of compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) preferred
