- We design, develop, and manufacture advanced products for ground, maritime, and airborne applications.
- This candidate will attend industry and government conferences, present to potential and existing customers, understand defense acquisition and government contracting, provide guidance on internal research and development (IR&D) activities, present business case analyses for technology/product/program investments, pursue customer funding to develop these technologies, and manage their portfolio within the airborne systems department forecast.
- Understand avionics technologies and products, particularly displays, controls, avionics/mission computing, data/video recorders and switches, video converters, data concentrator units, electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensors, electrical power management systems, avionics embedded software, etc.
- Lead capture and proposal writing activities with a focus on customer requirements, program management planning and budget, competitive intelligence and price-to-win analyses.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for Foreign Military Sales, or Direct Commercial Sales of existing ISI products in compliance with current ITAR and US Export restrictions.
