- Coordinate with Staffing Coordinator and Culinary Manager to ensure adequate coverage in dining halls.
- In absence of or in collaboration with the Catering Supervisor, work with Stewards to
- E-mail reports to Safety Officer and Supervisors.
- Associate degree or some college course work in Management or Culinary Arts
