- In conjunction with The Club General Manager, the Dining Room & Catering Manager is responsible for the overall hospitality services in the dining room and event spaces of The Club & Guest house, a 150-seat dining facility with an event space, located within a hotel setting.
- The Dining Room & Catering Manager reports to the General Manager of The Club & Guest house and will oversee all dining room and catering functions of The Club & Guest House.
- The Dining Room & Catering Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day dining room and catering operations, event services planning and execution, directly supervise Events & Catering Sales Manager, Dining Room & Catering Supervisor, and all service staff.
- 4-6 years progressive experience in collegiate or high volume, full service food operations, hotel/restaurant management
- UCSB Campus Security Authority under Clery Act
