Job Number: R0193788 Digital Transformation and Product Manager Key Role: Manages tasks and initiatives asso cia ted with product development life cycle for digital products and services. Applies leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentors or supervises employees in both firm and te chn ical competencies. Basic Qualifications: * Experience with project management, Artifi cia l Intelligence, and data solutions and data architectures <ul><li> Experience with modeling business processes, process analysis methodologies, or capturing requirements</li><li> Experience working and collaborating with te chn ical staff and engineers</li><li> Experience identifying documentation gaps and creating process documentation items</li><li> Experience with the Booz Allen ASPECT Process and Booz Allen Partnerships and Alliances</li><li> Experience working with Brightlabs and other IR & D activities</li><li> Knowledge of product or project management</li><li> Knowledge of requirements and Agile methodologies</li><li> TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: * Experience with the systems development life cycle</li><li> Experience with project tracking and management tools, including Jira and Micro sof t Project</li><li> Experience with systems and sof tware engineering</li><li> Experience working on projects for multiple integrated systems</li><li> Possession of excellent presentation, critical thi nk ing, and analytics skills</li><li> Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li> Master's degree</li><li> Agile or Project Management Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD).
