- As a member of the Office of Marketing and Communications, a central marketing and communications unit within the Office of the President, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to protecting, enhancing, and advancing the university brand.
- The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, optimizing, and executing digital marketing strategies to support the university’s key marketing and communications priorities.
- Develop, optimize, execute, analyze, and manage digital display and social media advertising campaigns to support priority initiatives identified by the Office of Marketing and Communications.
- Manage the university’s enterprise search engine tool, monitoring search terms, and ranking relevant pages and content.
- Serve as a content manager for UMD.edu and other priority university websites.
