- The Digital Asset Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple Digital Asset Management systems utilized by the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. This includes managing every step of the photo and video asset lifecycle, such as ingesting, file naming, editing, IPTC metadata tagging, FTP uploading, and final delivery to various internal and external stakeholders.
- This position is not a traditional photographer or videographer field production role.
- This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.
- Lead day-to-day asset management operations, including ingestion, distribution, and metadata governance of the organization’s multiple Digital Asset Management systems (Photoshelter, CatDV, AP Images, and Dropbox).
- Oversee preservation and archival cataloging efforts of the Miami Dolphins’ rich historical asset library dating back to 1966.
