- The Winston-Salem Children’s Developmental Services Agency (W-S CDSA) is the local lead agency for the NC Infant-Toddler Program (NC ITP), a federally mandated program (Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) serving children with/at risk for developmental disabilities and their families.
- The primary purpose of this position is to provide eligibility evaluations, child and family assessments, service coordination, and coaching/ education with families of children 0-3 years old referred and/ or enrolled within the NC Infant-Toddler Program (NCITP).
- Graduation from an appropriately accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Birth-Kindergarten Education, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Family and Consumer Sciences, Counseling, Human Development, Psychology, Social-Work, Nursing, and other Human Service fields.
- Developmental Specialist Supervisor or Social Work Supervisor
- Provide targeted case management/service coordination based on NCITP requirements.
