- The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction as it relates to their use of PC's, laptops, and other peripherals.
- Assists with asset protection and software licensing compliance.
- A solid understanding of LAN design, network protocols, client configuration, IP addressing, and remote connectivity.
- Be able to perform shipping and receiving of customer product to remote locations.
- Be able to work within the customer provided ticketing system, provide timely and detailed updates and monitor queues as required.
