- PC Services Desktop Support Tech III position is a service provider out of the Data Center that helps to manage projects and direction for PC Services.
- Looking for candidates that has 3-5 years of engineering experience MS SCCM and MS Intune.
- Provides administrative support to the various system tools available to PC Services (Ivanti patch system, VMware and MS Active directory).
- Understands the concepts and functionality of the following systems: Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft WSUS, Microsoft Active Directory along with Microsoft INTUNE. Monitor the health of the system along with performing builds, policy delivery, and installations.
- Respond and interact with user's 2nd level Helpdesk calls for Desktop support for hardware and software issues and Primerica's A/V conference rooms (the calls are tracked via Jira).
