- The End User Support Specialist, under the supervision of the SDM, is responsible for ensuring all daily work is completed in compliance with contractual SLA’s.
- To perform this job successfully, an End User Support Specialist will have the skills and knowledge to diagnose problems with telecom systems, networks, hardware, and software for desktops and handheld devices (i.e. system imaging, data gathering and backup, data storage, data transfers, customer configurations, hard drive partitions, reformatting data, mapping network drives, testing applications, etc
