- The Deputy Director, Intelligence and Information Sharing oversees all operations of the Secure Community Network (SCN) Jewish Security Operations Command Center (JSOCC) and Duty Desk, which serve as the hub for threat monitoring, intelligence analysis, information sharing, and incident reporting as it relates risks and threats impacting the Jewish community in North America.
- Oversees the strategy and operations of the Jewish Security Operations Command Center (JSOCC) ensuring optimal effectiveness and efficiency of the section through strategic planning and the development and implementation of policies, objectives, budgets, tools, and program activities, as well as leading the JSOCC in emergency situations/response.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for intelligence analysis and operations and leads the team of analysts in all aspects of the intelligence cycle and incident response support operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 15 years of experience in intelligence community, law enforcement, or military security operations, including responsibility for the collection, analysis, and sharing of intelligence and information, through managing a fusion center, security operations center, real-time crime center or other relevant operations related to threat intelligence.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), a master's degree in a relevant field, and demonstrated supervisory experience.
