- The Deputy Chief Counsel for Business Operations is key in the formulation and administration of a $65M budget and executes the duties and responsibilities of the position via a geographically dispersed attorney workforce of approximately 150 employees, including 4 Executives and approximately 49 senior-level employees drawn from a variety of legal disciplines and professions.
- Directs the planning, policy development, and execution of all legal aspects relating to employment and labor law, information, data, and technology law, acquisition and fiscal law, airports and environmental law, and ethics and compliance practice areas for the FAA and the Office of the Chief Counsel.
