- They support Deli operations by cleaning, organizing and sanitizing equipment and surfaces and equipment.
- Follow recipes to measure, process, cook, bake, and assemble ingredients according to department standards.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to Minnesota Department of Agriculture and National Organic Standards.
- Experience with commercial food preparation including food safety, knife skills and cooking equipment
