- The DEI Recruiting Specialist will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition while closely collaborating with the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Recruiting Specialist will play a pivotal role in advancing our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing recruitment initiatives that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion goals, identifying recruitment opportunities on behalf of talent acquisition, including job fairs (in-person and virtual), and methods of community outreach.
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement recruitment strategies that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
- Internal Partnership: partner with Director of Talent Acquisition to develop new strategies and resources to recruit underrepresented talent
