- SUMMARYThe Business Development Manager is a leadership role focused on effective growth of the debit portfolio by collaborating with industry leaders, business partners, and vendors to develop strategies that optimize revenue while driving continuous product improvement that supports a best-in-class debit issuer.
- Additionally, this individual is charged with keeping abreast of debit payment innovation in the marketplace, gathering industry data and market feedback, and partnering with key stakeholders and vendors to deliver competitive, viable products that meet client needs, improve experience and drive engagement, in partnership with the Director of Payment Services and Deposit Operations.
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for monitoring performance and engaging partners to drive portfolio penetration, optimize engagement, enhance product design and delivery, while supporting cross-sell opportunities with other First Interstate Bank services.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMust be thoroughly knowledgeable of the debit card industry, trends, regulations, card and network financial drivers, as well as debit engagement and portfolio management.
- Partners with Portfolio Analytics leveraging industry and portfolio data to manage debit card program by monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvements, and developing action plans for resolution while driving productivity, quality, and high service standards to deliver an excellent client experience.
