- The Dean of The Rutgers School of Nursing reports directly to The Chancellor of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences and acts as the chief academic and administrative officer.
- The Dean has primary responsibility for personnel, general administration and management, budget, academic and training, research and clinical care provided by the School in Newark, New Brunswick, and Blackwood, New Jersey campuses.
- PhD or DNP in nursing and eligibility for licensure as an RN in NJ
- Record of outstanding personal scholarship and achievement consistent with the rank of tenured full professor
- Innovative academic offerings include bachelor’s, master’s, post-master’s, DNP and PhD programs that are preparing nurse leaders of today and tomorrow.
