- JobTread is searching for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team to work onsite at our headquarters in Dallas, TX. This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation of new customer accounts, responding to support requests, and helping in other ways to ensure we are delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Strong Customer Support Specialists demonstrate high technical aptitude, are great at working with Excel, show strong attention to detail, are friendly and approachable, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Provide inbound phone and email support as needed
- Conduct product trainings via Zoom when Customer Success reps are unavailable
- Can be flexible with after-hours work on occasion for specific customer needs
