- By collaborating with multiple stakeholders ranging from engineering, support, operations/logistics, sales, and marketing, we consolidate and drive forward customer requirements, engineering direction, product definition and positioning, product design and lifecycle.
- As a Customer Success Manager (Jr.) Lyve Solutions, you are responsible for making sure customers are empowered to use our products and services, finding opportunities to meet customer needs that will drive retention, and increase usage to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software platform to track and notate customer interactions and follow ups.
