- The experienced Customer Success Manager candidate will be responsible for identifying our key customers, analyzing customer needs and generating maximum revenue and profitability.
- She/He will also manage the lifecycle and growth of contracts in over 100 languages for the following services: over-the-phone interpreting, video remote interpreting, on-site interpreting (including American Sign Language), translation, transcription, subtitling, others.
- The Customer Success Manager will accomplish business development activities by performing customer success teams plans with long-term and short term in mind with the help of the use of daily, weekly, and monthly goal tracking.
- Homeland Language Services has over 7 years of experience developing interactive solutions for a variety of industries including customer service, legal, healthcare, schools, and government, providing high quality over-the-phone interpreting (OPI), video remote interpreting (VRI), on-site interpretation & translation services.
