Salary: $38000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Process customer policy change requests.
Understand billing and retention processes
Call current customers regarding payment issues
Call customers to discuss policy chnges
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Provide policies to new clients and explain benefits/risks of the policy

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred. Unlicensed hire will be required to obtain a personal lines insurance license upon hire.
The ability to multitask and understand complex billing issues.
Phone skills and the ability take care of our valuable customers.
